Shipping policy

We are based in New Zealand and ship most of our products from Auckland. 

New Zealand: $8 NZD flat rate nationwide. 

Australian orders: $25 AUD tracked service per allmite gold order. For wholesale orders please email us admin@miteyco.com.

For all other international shipping please email us admin@miteyco.com and we can look into shipping for you. 

Orders will be sent within two business days of purchase. For New Zealand public holidays, your parcel will be sent on the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped so you can watch out for it via the link.

New Zealand customers: After you receive a shipping confirmation email please allow 1-2 days for your order to arrive to you depending on where you live. For some rural addresses, please allow up to 4 days. 

For international orders please allow 5-15 business days for your order to arrive.
